Treasury Manager

Mitchell Adam are delighted to be partnering with our leading international property client, who are searching for a Treasury and liquidity management professional ready to take on leadership in their department. This is a position that blends scale with variety, you’ll be managing billions in client monies while staying close to the detail, making sure everything runs smoothly day to day. This fast-paced role will challenge you, and reward you with genuine career progression.

You’ll be at the centre of the function, overseeing cash and banking activity, making sure funds are allocated correctly, reconciliations are completed, and payments are processed smoothly. Just as importantly, you’ll be working closely with surveyors, clients, and colleagues across the business. This role suits someone with solid treasury or client money experience, but just as much someone with the right attitude: proactive, hands-on, and keen to be involved.

Key Requirements

• Experience working with client monies in property, legal, or banking.
• Strong treasury or cash management skills, with confidence handling reconciliations and allocations.
• Excellent communication – able to explain, influence, and support non-finance colleagues.
• A collaborative, solutions-focused approach and willingness to get stuck in.
