Our well-established client is now offering a fantastic opportunity for a detail-orientated and reliable Accounts Payable Clerk to join the finance team and manage an impressive roster of high-profile clients. The company is currently going through an exciting period of growth so is looking to expand their finance team and is offering the chance for an individual who is keen to get in to a position where they can hit the ground running and utilise their knowledge that they have acquired to date in a professional environment.
The successful candidate will become an integral member of the team and you will be tasked to take on responsibilities such as; completing payment runs, supplier statement reconciliations, working collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders and handling complex queries.
Ideally, you will:
- Have prior experience within the accounts payable function allowing you to join the business and hit the ground running.
- Have a strong eye for detail as well as having a proven track record meeting deadlines, this is key as it will enable you to complete tasks in an accurate and timely manner.
- Have strong interpersonal skills to be able to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Be an intermediate user of Excel being capable of manipulating data.
