An ever-growing legal company, are on the search for a new Accounts Payable Assistant.
Searching for an additional member of the team to come in a hit the ground running and assist with uploading and processing of invoices. You will work alongside the team to ensure all queries and discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner. You will continue to expand your knowledge and exposure by communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.

Skills required
- A basic understand of the Purchase Ledger, but more importantly the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- A basic understanding of Excel and Accountancy software’s is advantages, but training will be provided.
- The ability to work under pressure, and in a timely manner, allowing you to hit targets and deadlines.
- Great organisational skills, ensuring the ability to complete multiple tasks at once.
