Commercial Finance Manager

As the business continues to scale, we are looking for a commercially minded Commercial Finance Manager to partner with senior leadership, drive profitability, and provide strategic insight to support future expansion.

The Role

This is a high-impact role where you will lead the commercial finance agenda, working closely with the CEO, CFO, and wider leadership team. You will provide data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making, optimise financial performance, and support ambitious growth targets across product lines and new market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead commercial analysis to drive sales growth, margin improvement, and return on investment.

• Business partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to support strategic initiatives.

• Develop financial models and scenario analysis to support pricing, product launches, and expansion plans.

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and commercial performance reporting.

• Provide insights to support fundraising and investor relations as the business scales.

The Candidate

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong commercial finance experience.

• Background in high-growth, product-led businesses (FMCG, retail, e-commerce)

• Hands-on and strategic, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and strong commercial acumen.
