Trainee Accountant

The selected candidate for this role will have outstanding communication skills, this is beneficial as you will be expected to liaise with stakeholders both face-to-face and over the phone. One of the most important aspects of this role is having an exceptional track record of meeting deadlines. This role will offer you lots of exposure to stakeholder management for example, exposure to managing a portfolio of high-end clients where you will be required to communicate with all levels of stakeholders who are both inside and outside of the finance team. You will also get the opportunity to complete month-end accounts and then follow this up by producing detailed reports.

Ideally, you will:

• Have a strong knowledge of core accounting, whether this comes from experiences such as a degree or other studies like AAT, CIMA or ACCA.
• Have amazing time management and organisational skills, this will enable you to consistently meet client deadlines that you will be given on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Be a dedicated and ambitious individual, who is looking for the opportunity to further develop their career and skills within the accounting sector who is also looking to study either ACCA or CIMA.
• Be a confident individual with excellent interpersonal skills, this is beneficial because of the continuous engagements you will have with both internal and external senior stakeholders.
