We’re looking for a hands-on Payroll Manager to lead a small team and take ownership of all things payroll in a fun, growing business.
What you’ll be doing:

Managing and developing a small, friendly payroll team

Running multiple complex payrolls with accuracy and efficiency

Overseeing payroll for both new starters and leavers – with plenty of onboarding and employee lifecycle management

Ensuring compliance with HMRC, pensions, and statutory requirements

Driving process improvements and ensuring payroll runs as smoothly as possible

Acting as the go-to person for payroll queries, building strong relationships across the business

What we’re looking for:

A Payroll Manager (or strong Senior Payroll Specialist) with experience running end-to-end payrolls, ideally in a complex environment

Confident in leading, mentoring, and developing a team

Strong technical knowledge of UK payroll legislation
