The ideal candidate for this role is someone that is confident in managing relationships with Internal and External Stakeholders to ensure operations are running smoothly. We are looking for a driven individual who is eager to lead a team, ensuring they contribute to their department’s overall success.
Ideally, you will:
- Previous management exposure would be advantageous for the role, however individuals with extensive administrative and payroll experience duties will also be considered.
- Have experience within Payroll as this will be another key part of your role.
- Have strong interpersonal skills to be able to communicate and build relationships within and outside of your team.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and make sure everything is organised and up to date.
