Head of Payroll

We are looking for a hands-on, experienced Head of Payroll to lead our payroll function in a fast-growing bureau. You’ll oversee a small, capable team, providing guidance, structure, and support while remaining directly involved in processing complex payrolls. This role will suit someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can adapt quickly as our business evolves. You’ll work closely with clients to deliver accurate, timely payrolls, resolve complex queries, and ensure compliance with all legislation.
