What you’ll be doing:

• Preparing management accounts and financial reports and business partnering across the company
• Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Supporting year-end processes and audit
• Business partnering with operational teams
• Helping to implement process improvements and automation

What we’re looking for:

• Recently qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA (or finalist with strong experience)
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Great communication and problem-solving ability
• Ambition to learn and grow in a forward-thinking environment
