Within this role you will be responsible for a range of responsibilities allowing you to enjoy the day-to-day variety this job has to offer. Managing your own portfolio of clients will mean you will manage your daily tasks, resolving client queries, raising invoices, chasing debt, setting up payment plans when needed and applying a problem-solving mindset and intuition with Credit Control processes to find solutions for invoice disputes. Whilst working autonomously to meet team deadlines you will also excel at working collaboratively with the team to constantly identify areas for improvement and cover managerial duties when needed (e.g. manager’s absence).

What you will need:

  • Prior experience in a Credit Control role is essential. Although not a requirement experience working with B2B processes is also advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to excel at maintaining strong communication lines with all clients and stakeholders within your portfolio.
  • Excel at working autonomously, with a track record of self-managing your day-to-day tasks and meeting KPIs.
  • Have a proactive demeanour and sharp attention to detail to excel at identifying discrepancies and resolving queries.
