Finance Assistant

Based in the city centre, this hybrid position has a variety of duties, including but not limited to processing and raising invoices, identifying and resolving discrepancies, handling client queries, completing reconciliations and assisting with month end. The ideal candidate will be confident liaising with high profile clients, and demonstrate both excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanour as they represent the company.

What you will need:

• Demonstrate strong verbal and written skills to help excel at building strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Great organisational skills, able to self-manage and work autonomously to contribute to team goals.
• Previous experience in a Finance Assistant or similar role, particularly in professional services, is advantageous but not essential.
• Proficiency with Excel including VLOOKUPS and Pivot tables is also advantageous.
