My client is a global Professional Services business, and they are currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Manager to join their team on a long-term temporary basis.

Joining a large finance team, your responsibilities will include managing a small team of Accounts Payable Clerks, contributing to the improvement of processes, and maintaining the smooth running of the Accounts Payable function. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience managing an Accounts Payable team within a market leading business, with the possibility of the role eventually becoming permanent.

Skills required:

  • A proven track record of the ability to motivate and lead an Accounts Payable function
  • Be able to think outside the box, improving and streamlining processes within the Purchase Ledger function
  • Be a people person, with a capability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Be a confident user of MS Excel to intermediate level
