We’re on the lookout for an experienced Part-Time Finance Manager to join a thriving and friendly team within a well-established professional services business. Reporting directly to the MD, you’ll be the go-to person for all things finance, a trusted right hand to leadership in driving sound financial decision-making and smooth operations.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on finance position, values work-life balance, and enjoys working in a small, supportive team environment.
What You’ll Do:

Oversee day-to-day financial operations including bookkeeping, VAT returns, and reporting

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts

Manage payroll, rent collections, and reconciliation of client accounts

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

Ensure financial compliance and liaise with external advisors

Use tools like Xero and property/finance software for efficient reporting
What We’re Looking For:

3-5 years in a similar finance role – ideally within a service-led environment

Proficiency in Xero and strong financial reporting skills

ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified (or equivalent experience)

Highly organised, discreet, and proactive
