This hybrid position offers the chance to work within a friendly Credit Control team, reporting directly to the Credit Control Manager. You will take ownership of a high-value ledger, drawing on your excellent interpersonal skills to nurture lasting relationships with external stakeholders. Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, pursuing outstanding payments via telephone and email, resolving queries, preparing debtor reports, carrying out account and bank reconciliations, processing invoices and setting up new accounts, as well as assisting with month-end ledger closures as required.
What you will need:
- Previous experience in a Credit Control or similar role is essential.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage priorities and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines and targets.
- A proactive team player who is enthusiastic about contributing to team success and continuous improvement.
