Mitchell Adam are currently working with a forward-thinking environmental firm based in the heart of the city centre, on the lookout for a sharp and commercially minded FP&A Analyst to join their vibrant finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved in a high-impact role, where your analytical skills and business insight will help shape key decisions.

In this position, you’ll partner between finance and the wider business, translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights. You’ll be responsible for creating tailored reports, supporting forecasts, and helping to drive efficiency across revenue, sales, production, and more. If you’re a finance professional who enjoys getting into the detail but also thrives in a collaborative, business-facing environment, this could be the ideal next step.

What You’ll Bring

• A solid background in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Strong communication skills, with the confidence to engage with teams across the business and challenge where needed.

• Advanced Excel skills and the ability to work comfortably with large, complex data sets.

• Actively studying towards ACCA or CIMA, with a clear focus on qualifying (support provided).
