As part of the finance team, you will play a crucial role in managing the accounts payable function with a focus on accuracy and strong supplier relationships. With a hands-on approach and guidance from a supportive manager, your duties will include but won’t be limited to invoice processing invoices, reconciliations, supplier queries, financial reporting. It also offers the chance to have autonomy of your ledger and management of suppliers. What you will need:

  • Solid understanding of accounts payable processes, supported by previous experience in an AP role or a similar position, is a highly advantageous.
  • Strong Excel skills with knowledge of Pivot and VLOOKUPS is essential.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritise workload, and work well independently and in a team.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate within the team and foster strong relationships with external stakeholders.
