The Role:

As Accounts Payable Assistant, you will play a key part in maintaining the smooth running of the finance function. Working closely with an experienced team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing high volumes of purchase invoices with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Completing bank reconciliations and ensuring records are up to date.

  • Managing supplier queries and building strong relationships via phone and email.

  • Supporting the wider finance team during busy periods and month-end.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role.

  • Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.

  • Confident communicator – able to liaise effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders at all levels.

  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage your time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude and a desire to learn and grow.
