Overview

Thanks to year on year growth, we’re on the lookout for a hands-on Management Accountant to join our friendly, fast-growing service business based just outside Solihull. This is a key role, acting as the link between our finance function and senior leadership, helping shape the wider financial strategy while keeping close to the day-to-day numbers.

No two days are the same, and this role offers brilliant exposure across the full finance function. You’ll take the lead on producing Management Accounts, support commercial decision-making, and use data-driven insights to increase profitabilty and growth. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s ready to make their mark in a business that values both professionalism and personality.

What we’re looking for

  • Solid experience running a finance functiona in an SME setting, so you can hit the ground running.

  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude and a desire to grow with the business.

  • Strong skills in preparing full Management Accounts packs, with confidence in cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

  • Great communication skills, you’ll be working closely with directors and non-finance teams, so clarity and confidence are key.
